(this poem inspired this accompanying song) "My Everything" So peaceful and so sweet this wondrous child here that's asleep I wish I were ignorant just like her not a care in the world here of worries who only wants love, asks for nothing else back to hold her is like protecting a precious gift a small bit of heaven where my mind calmly drifts my worries seem to fade and my spirit lifts and when she awake she is so full of life her sweet voice speaking makes simple words a melody, out of so much chaos, she can be my peace in times of darkness she is my light when all seems lost she is my direction if life seems sorrowful she is my joy if others don't care, she is always kind at week's end of loneliness, she is my company, the best kind and I always knew she was a thief right from the start this beautiful angel who stole my heart and even at times when we're apart she is still here with me always helps me to keep going and striving she loves with the best, true love unconditional and undying she is my everything.

about

This album is very personal to me. It's my most melodic album to date, yet still has some dark mixed in to contrast the good and bad in our life. Some songs here a very close meaning to events in my life as of late, and one of them is based off of a poem I wrote. The album title is an expression of how God can use the scars (bad events) of your life and turn them into something beautiful and good, simply because that's just how amazing God is.
