about

This album focuses a lot of tension, and not always necessarily a dark sound, but definitely dramatic. The name has a double meaning, so it. can mean to look back at something horrible coming after you, or can mean looking back to your past. Many song titles reference confusion, stress, and other dark things that proceed if you keep looking to your past or the "monster behind you." The album art alludes to Lot's wife in the Old Testament who looked back and turned into a pillar of salt. Favorite tracks are "The Dark Crevices of Our Mind" and "The Weeping."
